Joey Odom is a partner at NorthEnd Associates, where he leads capital formation for the firm.

Joey spent 15 years in commercial real estate at Stan Johnson Company, where he completed more than $2 billion in transactions. As a Partner in the firm, he led one of its highest-producing teams and the Southeast region, and he later served on the board that oversaw the company's 2022 sale to Northmarq.

He then co-founded Aro, a technology company focused on wellness in the digital space. During his tenure, Aro launched a consumer hardware product and software platform globally, helping tens of thousands of families reclaim millions of phone-free hours together.

Joey is also a nationally recognized speaker, podcast host, and author of an upcoming book on building relationships centered on presence. He and his wife, Cristin, live in Tennessee with their two teenagers, Harrison and Gianna.
